Overview
Two-day course to develop Coaching and Facilitation skills. In order to transfer knowledge to your team, you need to have effective training, facilitating and coaching skills. In this course, you will learn and practice techniques that can be utilized on the job to facilitate this knowledge transfer. Additionally, this course addresses how to validate the skills of your team members by observing performance and providing feedback for improvement.
